House Call w/ Katie
$150 /90 minutes + Materials
This option is great for a single project.
Let’s fix that light or take down that ceiling fan, refresh your fixtures, or other electrical repair.
If needed, after the first 90 minutes, I will prorate extra time for more complex tasks.
House Call + Honey Do List
$300 + Materials
Schedule a longer session here to cover several small projects or non-functioning electrical outlets, etc.
*Some older homes or special circumstances require a more tender approach. This takes time and it’s worth it. If yours is a special older home, please select this option to ensure we set aside ample time for TLC.
Katie for the Day!
$500/day (9:30-3:30, excludes lunch) + materials
You’ve got lots to do. Let’s take a day and get things done. This can include advice, troubleshooting, installs, removal of older fixtures, odds ‘n ends, and even shopping.
