I offer small electrical services in the Iowa City area, making house calls as comfortable and easy as possible. Let’s get your house shining bright with working lights, ceiling fans, switches, and outlets!
House Call w/ Katie
$150 /90 minutes + Materials
This option is great for a single project.
Let’s fix that light or take down that ceiling fan, refresh your fixtures, or other electrical repair.
If needed, after the first 90 minutes, I will prorate extra time for more complex tasks.
House Call + Honey Do List
$300 + Materials
Schedule a longer session here to cover several small projects or non-functioning electrical outlets, etc.
*Some older homes or special circumstances require a more tender approach. This takes time and it’s worth it. If yours is a special older home, please select this option to ensure we set aside ample time for TLC.
Project, Meet Katie!
$50 / 30 - 40 minutes
We should meet!
This option is a brief meet and greet / assessment of your project and the specifics of your home. It’s a perfect way for us to get to know each other and take a good look at your goals.
